Piece Reservation Policy

We understand that making a purchasing decision without seeing the piece in person can be difficult. That’s why we offer a 10-day reservation period, allowing you to visit our atelier and inspect the piece before making your final decision to purchase.

Reservation

If you’re interested in a specific piece, please contact us by phone, email, or by filling out the form available on the product page to request a reservation. To reserve the piece, we’ll require your name and contact information. Please note that the piece will only be held for reservation, and will be taken off the available inventory for purchase, after we have validated the information provided in the form. The reservation will be held for a maximum period of 10 days.

Atelier Visit

During the 10-day reservation period, we invite you to visit our atelier to see the piece in person. If you need more time to decide, please contact ART137 to extend the reservation period.

Purchase

If you decide to purchase the piece after seeing it in person at our atelier, just let us know and proceed with the purchase. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled after the 10 days, and the piece will be available for sale again.
